Aerial Video Inspection of Greek power lines structures
The project titled “Aerial Video Inspection of Greek power lines structures”, with the acronym AdVISEr, is implemented under the Action “Research-Create-Innovate”, co-financed by the European Union and national resources through the Operational Programme Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (EPAnEK). he objective of the 35-month project is the development of a UAV system, conveniently equipped with sensors for the surveillance of aerial power distribution lines, capable of detecting and recognizing damages or losses and delivering the respective results in real time.
