ICAERUS

The project titled “Innovations and Capacity Building in Agricultural Environmental and Rural UAV Services”, with the acronym ICAERUS, is a 4-year project (July 2022 – June 2026) funded by the HORIZON EUROPE programme.

FARM360TECH

The project FARM360TECH with duration of 3 years, is funded by the European Union and it is coordinated by EIT DIGITAL, while GeoSense is the Technical Coordinator of the project.

GEONETGNSS

The project entitled “Generation and strengthening of network differential positioning services through continuously operating reference stations for land-based and airborne applications”, with the acronym GeoNetGNSS, is being implemented under the Innovation Investment Plans Action and is co-financed by the European Union and national resources through the Operational Programme of the Region of Central Macedonia.

eMTCluster

eMTCluster is the only Innovation Cluster in the wider region of the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Region (AMTH), a border geographical area of the EU facing significant developmental deficits. It aspires to substantially contribute to the digital upgrading of the region’s main economic sectors, leading the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Region towards digital transformation.

HAV

The research project titled “Hellenic Autonomous Vehicle”, with the acronym HAV, aims primarily at the research and development of the first Greek Autonomous Vehicle for both research and commercial purposes.

AdVISEr

The project titled “Aerial Video Inspection of Greek power lines structures”, with the acronym AdVISEr, is implemented within the framework of the RESEARCH – CREATE – INNOVATE (2nd Cycle) Action and is co-financed by the European Union and national funds through the Operational Programme Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship & Innovation (EPAnEK).

QuaLiSID

The project QuaLiSID (Quality of Life Support System for People with Intellectual Disability) aimed to address the challenges faced by people with intellectual disabilities by developing an integrated support system. This system leverages the internet and incorporates various operations accessible through computers, smart mobile devices, and wearable sensors.

ClinApp

PV-AUTO-SCOUT

The project titled “Integrated system for the automated inspection of photovoltaic parks using IR-thermography via autonomous aerial vehicles (drones)”, with the acronym PV-Auto-Scout, is implemented within the framework of the RESEARCH – CREATE – INNOVATE (1st Cycle) Action and is co-financed by the European Union and national funds through the Operational Programme Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship & Innovation (EPAnEK).

ACCELERATE

The project titled «AdvanCing UAVs teChnology to EnabLE monitoRing for A susTainable environmEnt», acronym ACCELERATE, is a four-year initiative (January 2025-December 2028) funded by the HORIZON EUROPE MSCA Staff Exchanges programme.

Drones4GREEN

The project is coordinated by the Technical University of Sofia in Bulgaria, while GeoSense contributes by being the leader of the precision agriculture case study, showcasing the practical application of UAVs in sustainable farming contexts.

MERGIN’ MODE

The project titled “MixEd Reality and GeoINformatics for MOnument DEmonstration”, with the acronym MERGIN’ MODE, is implemented within the framework of the special actions “Aquaculture” – “Industrial Materials” – “Open Innovation in Culture” and is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and by national funds through the Operational Programme Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship & Innovation (EPAnEK) of the NSRF 2014–2020.
